Episil Technologies Inc. was established in 1985 and was the first company in Taiwan to engage in silicon Epitaxial technology. Through strong efforts devoted to research and development, innovation, and improvement, the company began turning a profit after 18 months of operation and laid down a solid foundation for continuous progress and development. In 1992 Episil expanded into the silicon device foundry. It was the first company in the world who specialized in bipolar wafer foundry. Episil has been offering Power MOSFET wafer foundry services from 1996. For many years now Episil has been using its technologies to provide a complete range of quality services to its world-wide customers. Moreover, through steadily expanding production capacity to satisfy customers' needs, Episil has become a truly dependable foundry service company.
