Jurgen Haase
edacentrum GmbH |
|
| Juergen Haase is managing director of edacentrum GmbH in Hannover. He was involved in a lot of international R&D projects and managed the design of numerous ASICs as design services for customers based in Europe, US and Asia. By these projects and by working in many program committees of international conferences he gained broad experience in the fields of design and application of microelectronic circuits. His publications cover the fields of methods and applications of video communication, design methodology for integrated circuits as well as intellectual property and reuse. Juergen holds a diploma degree and a PhD in electrical engineering, both from University of Stuttgart. | ||

Brieuc Turluche CEO Coupling Wave Solutions |
|
| Brieuc TURLUCHE co-founded Coupling Wave Solutions in 2004 and serves as chief executive officer and chairman. He has extensive experience in senior management within the European electronics and EDA industry, having worked with Viewlogic, and with Ansoft. He has acted as lead investor and director of several high tech start-ups and has driven a number of significant mergers and acquisitions to successful conclusions.
Brieuc joined Ansoft in 1997 and founded Ansoft Europe, where he was a major contributor to the rapid growth and success of the company, establishing the technology as standard. CWS is the first electronic design automation (EDA) provider to integrate applications to investigate and analyse those sensitive electrical functions affected by electronic "noise" produced by the normal operation of an entire system; digital, analog, and RF.

Ivan Ring Nielsen Technoconsult |
|
| Ivan Ring Nielsen was born in Frederikshavn, Denmark. He received the M.Sc. degree (Cand. Polyt) in engineering from Aalborg University in 1981. In 1985, he received a B.Com. degree (HD) in Marketing from the Copenhagen School of Economics and Business Administration.
From 1981 to 1984 he worked as a Project Manager at the Danish Maritime Institute with a responsibility for developing computer based modelling and test facilities. From 1984 to 1987 he was director of NORDFORSK, the Nordic Co-operative Organisation for Applied Research. In 1987 he established Technoconsult. His main area of expertise is micro- and nano systems research and design. Honorary appointments include Member of the Board of the Nordic Industrial Fund in Oslo (1986-87), Chairman of the board of TechnoData A/S (1990- ), Member of the Board of Sysware A/S (1987-1993), Member of the Board of AuditData A/S (1992-2002) and Member of the Board of M&L Digital A/S (2000- ). Ivan Ring Nielsen is a regular guest editor of the international journal on Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, published by Springer Academic Publishers in Boston. Since 1993 he has made annual special issues on hot European topics. He is also chairing the annual IEEE NORCHIP Conference. Ivan Ring Nielsen has 20 years of experience in co-ordinating European R&D projects, i.e. project administration, project marketing, funding negotiations, project management, and commercialization of results. He is member of the International Microelectronics And Packaging Society (IMAPS). Ivan Ring Nielsen has carried out several investigations for electronics and environmental companies as well as public institutions as for instance research councils and funding authorities.
