Interface and memory technology are changing faster than ever before, driven by consumer requirements to access data anywhere and everywhere, the push for lower power, and radical changes in the interfaces used to shift signals and data more rapidly and concurrently between processors, memory devices and peripherals. This pace of change, the need to rapidly adopt new technologies, and the escalating cost and risks associated in SoC design are in turn changing the requirements for all aspects of the IP ecosystem. Mr. Lund will address the topic from his unique background as an industry driver, an SoC provider, and as a provider of IP and Verification environments that together deliver integrated, proven and flexible SoC solutions.
