Innovative Semiconductors to outsource design to India

BANGALORE, India — Innovative Semiconductors Inc., a supplier of serial interface technology for ICs and chipsets, is to outsource parts of its design work to Indian companies. The company is also considering setting up its own development center, most likely in Bangalore, as part of its long-term plans.
