Altera and Zilog Settle Patent Infringement Suit
SAN JOSE, Calif.-- April 13, 2009 --Altera Corporation (NASDAQ: ALTR) today announced settlement of its patent litigation with Zilog, Inc.As part of this agreement, Zilog made a one-time payment of an undisclosed amount to Altera and both parties agreed to dismiss their pending patent infringement lawsuits. All other terms of the agreement are confidential.
