HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA, April 10, 2002 - AMIRIX Systems Inc. of Halifax, Nova Scotia and WELLEX Corporation of Fremont, California announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance. The partnership offers customers complete solutions from concept through production manufacturing and distribution.
AMIRIX provides conceptual design, detailed design and implementation as well as demonstration and manufacturing prototypes. AMIRIX has over 20 years experience in hardware platform design, embedded software design, systems integration and architecture analysis, and uses certified Project Management processes. WELLEX, a full service Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, ensures AMIRIX designs meet all test and manufacturing requirements in preparation for full volume production. WELLEX also offers distribution and other value added services such as warranty repair.
