Speaking on her new role, Oddey said, "The team has developed a compelling series of Tier 1 OEM design-ins with its IGBT gate drive family of products, so its an exciting time to join. My job is to lead the organisation to deliver the near and longer term opportunity, capitalising on the unique combination of analogue power electronics with the digital world of embedded processors and embedded software. Our products today are industry leading gate drives, but it is the potential for a more diverse range of products and business models that attracted me to Amantys."
