NovoHD (previously NovoBlox ZipMem) is Novocell’s latest ultra-high density version of the original, reliability leading NovoBlox OTP based on the 2001 introduction of our Smartbit techology.
The NovoHD product line features blocks with densities from 32K to 4Mbits. Like all Novocell's Smartbit-based OTP NVM products, NovoHD programs dynamically until all bits are programmed ensuring no tail bit failures, and provides a Logic DONE signal to indicate completed bit programming, eliminating the need for including redundant, "error correction" bits in the memory design.
