The S3DVDT55LP3 is a low-power voltage detector designed to detect I/O and core supplies (3.3V &1.2V) respectively.
When the monitored voltage, VSEN3V3 & VESEN1V2, rises above the detection level set for each supply, the outputs will be set to logic high.
The S3DVDT55LP3 consists of a high-precision, lowpower bandgap voltage source and two comparators.
The S3DVDT55LP3 circuit is implemented in a TSMC 55nm low power process. It is readily portable across all foundries and process nodes upon request.
Operating from a single supply the S3DVDT55LP3 has a small die area of only 0.03mm2 pre-shrink.
