Unique Network on Chip interconnect IP enables unrivaled debug visibility and time to market

SUNNYVALE, California — October 30, 2012 — Arteris Inc., the inventor and leading supplier of network-on-chip (NoC) interconnect IP solutions, today announced that Renesas Electronics Europe has selected Arteris® FlexNoC® network on chip interconnect IP for multiple systems-on-chip (SoCs). As designers of SoCs in industrial markets have increased the number of IP blocks in a chip, debug and back-end routing and timing issues have increased exponentially. Renesas adopted Arteris FlexNoC to overcome these issues while also obtaining the benefits of faster performance and an integrated IP configuration, simulation and verification environment.

Thanks to FlexNoC, we can answer Requests for Quotation (RFQ) faster and more accurately, reducing our customers’ time to market. Arteris FlexNoC helps us help our customers.
