Multi-Layered Security

The Cortex-M processor series is designed to enable developers to create cost-sensitive and power-constrained solutions for a broad range of devices. Cortex-M35P is the first Armv8-M processor with tamper-resistance built in to bring physical security within reach of any IoT product.

Features and Benefits

Enhanced Security

Cortex-M35P, with its optional TrustZone security extension, optional MPU, and physical security features, is certified to EAL6+ for the Common Criteria ISO 15408 standard. This certification provides a trusted, simplified route to security.

Provide Physical Security

Cortex-M35P adds physical security and system safety features, such as lockstep, configurable parity, and observability, without compromising performance. The physical security features prevent costly security breaches.

Add Functionality

Reduce chip system cost with combined control and signal processing in the same processor. Cortex-M35P has the option of integrated digital signal processing (DSP), SIMD, and MAC instructions that simplify overall system design, software development, and debug.
