14-bit 1.2MS/s SAR ADC
Considering a sampling rate of 1.2MS/s and with a 2.0V Reference Voltage, this 14-bit ADC features an outstanding dynamic performance that includes 74.0dB SNDR and 12.0-bit ENOB. It also features an outstanding static performance with < ± 0.9 LSB DNL (no missing-codes) and < ± 2.0 LSB INL.
