Advanced GPS Radio for Singlechip CMOS SoC
The radio has been optimised for co-existence in a multiple application SoC and is immune to interference from cellular and other wireless interferers.
The macro is readily portable to 45nm, 90nm and 0.13um.
Features
- The radio delivers a Max NF of 2.8dB for advanced sensitivity performance and has excellent IP2 and IP3 for maximum interferer immunity, with a consumption of only 30mW.
- The radio supports L1 and L2 band operation, has an on-chip LNA for passive antenna and also a fractional-N synthesizer. The radio also supports Galileo and Glonass
