Arm clears out top management


Four out of the top seven executives of  Arm have now left the company following a clear-out by new CEO Rene Haas.


Four out of the top seven executives of  Arm have now left the company following a clear-out by new CEO Rene Haas.

Former CEO Simon Segars was replaced immediately after Softbank announced the failure of the Nvidia  bid.

Now CTO Dipesh Patel,  Carolyn Herzog, the head of the legal team and chief strategy officer Jason Zajac  are leaving.

CFO Inder Singh and chief people officer Kirsty Gill are staying.

The moves come as Softbank prepares to IPO the company.

Haas will remain in the US but the HQ stays in Cambridge.

    In other ARM news I had expected an article on the 10 year anniversary of the first Raspberry Pi, powered by ARM. I had also expected a new Pi to be introduced but that is clearly delayed.
