Legend releases Turbo-MSIM Fast-SPICE Simulator for Verification, Analysis and Characterization in SoC Design

SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 28, 2007 – Legend Design Technology, Inc. today announced the release of Turbo-MSIM, a Fast-SPICE circuit simulator with super high speed and extremely large capacity while maintaining the SPICE accuracy.  Turbo-MSIM can dramatically speed the time for simulating either full-chip hierarchical circuits or the flattened layout-extracted netlists with a huge number of resistors and capacitors. For nanometer circuit designs using complex device models, Turbo-MSIM has the capability to perform full-chip transistor-level simulation and analysis, and nails down any design and layout problem for achieving silicon success.
