Design & Reuse (D&R) was founded in 1997. The same year it launched its unique and renowned IP (for Semi conductor Intellectual Property) Market Place www.design-reuse.com for connecting Soc and integrated system designers with IP, design platform and services vendors. It holds also a companion site, www.design-reuse-china.com, a Market Place dedicated to the Mandarin speaking IP SoC community.
D&R delivers twice a week an English IP SoC News Alert to its 40.000 IP SOC community members and once a week to its Mandarin speaking community. It organizes annually the D&R IP SoC event Series namely in Silicon Valley, South Korea, China and France.
D&R continues to maintain its focus on proprietary IP web cataloguing and IP Delivery technology with its next generation Java based IP Management system (IPMS™). This platform grants to D&R an unique power to manage its web sites and synchronize the publishing needs of it broad IP SoC Ecosystem.

Gabrièle Saucier
CEO
Gabrièle Saucier received her PhD from the University of Grenoble, where she was a professor and headed a research lab on Integrated System Design. She has published more than 350 papers in the design and EDA fields. Dr. Saucier is an IEEE fellow for her contributions in synthesis, test generation and fault tolerance. Leaving her university career, in the 1990s she founded a synthesis company, IST (Innovative Synthesis Technologies), mainly dedicated to FPGA synthesis, and in 1997 Design and Reuse, dedicated to IP-based design. Dagmara has got over 12 years of professional experience in the IP marketing field. Prior to joining D&R, she was working as a Product Marketing Specialist at Cadence Design Systems Inc., where she was handling IPG product marketing. She holds an MSc degree from the Jagiellonian University. She has also completed International Marketing at EAF, Europäische Akademie für Führungskrafte GmbH, Weissach/Stuttgart.

Mark is General Manager and Founder of Jiatao Industrial Co., Ltd. Located in Shanghai, in which their EDA team focusing on provide IP solutions and EDA tools to its customers in the region. Mark has more than 13 years working experience in IT and business consulting field. For the past two years, he was dedicated on marketing and promoting of high performance analogue and mixed signal IP products in great China region. Prior to the establishment of Jiatao, Mark worked for Swiss consulting firm CH-ina (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. as business consultant and project manager. There his main responsibility is to establish new business operations in China for Swiss and European customers. From year 1996 to year 2004 Mark worked as system analyst and project manager for Cyber Data Processing (CDP) Shenzhen, China.
