Patriot Scientific Names Richard J. Corrigan Vice President of Product Management
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 2005--Patriot Scientific Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PTSC - News) announced today that it has named Richard J. Corrigan as vice president of product management.
Corrigan is a specialist in data communications and telecommunications, over wireline, wireless and HFC media. His technical skills include expertise in voice signaling, data protocols, distributed network architectures and embedded systems. He has prolific design and development experience using various programming languages and embedded assemblers for a wide range of operating systems. He is also the author of a number of patented technologies.

Before coming to Patriot, Corrigan was global account manager for REMEC, a OEM supplier of RF equipment, responsible for growing the business six fold in key accounts from 2002 to 2004. Before that, he started and directed systems engineering teams for Copper Mountain Networks, Ensemble Communications and IP Unity. He spent over 15 years with Motorola and also worked for Rockwell International as a member of their technical staffs responsible for system architectures and emerging technologies.
Corrigan has M.S. in computer science from De Paul University in Chicago, B.S. in computer science and B.S. in marketing from Northern Illinois University in De Kalb, Ill.
