Tallika licenses Synopsys Design Tools
Mesa, AZ., September 12, 2005 – Tallika Corporation, a Semiconductor Intellectual Property and Design Services Company, today announced that it has signed a licensing Agreement with Synopsys Inc, for Electronic Design Automation Tools.
“Tallika Professional Services has years of experience in providing Concept to Silicon Design Services for Complex ASICs for the semiconductor industry. With this Agreement, Tallika will be able to provide its customers turnkey Design Services using a Synopsys-based methodology,” said Hemi Bhatnagar, President and CEO of Tallika Corporation. “Ultimately, the choice of tools and design flows will continue to be driven by our Customers. Tallika will continue to support all three major design flows in its service offerings. This Agreement provides our customers with the flexibility of choosing to use our licenses in a tapeout-proven Synopsys-based flow.”
Tallika’s Professional Design Services provide a broad spectrum of design services for complex ASICs. Tallika’s team has successfully taped out multiple high-end ASICs in 90 nm, 130 nm and 0.18u.
