Nordic and Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. Announce Pan-Asian Distribution Agreement

Partnership Involves Distribution of Entire Nordic Product Lines to Asian Customers

Oslo, Norway and Melville, NY - 20. October 2005 - Nordic Semiconductor ASA (OSX: NOD), the world leading semiconductor company specializing in cost effective wireless communication solutions in embedded applications; and Nu Horizons Asia Ptd Ltd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading distributor of advanced technology active components and system solutions; today announced the signing of a Pan-Asian partnership agreement.  This agreement involves the distribution for all of Nordic's products throughout the territories China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand.
