Condor Engineering's BusTools/1553-API now supports the INTEGRITY RTOS Real-Time Operating System
Santa Barbara, CA - November 21, 2005
Condor Engineering, a leading provider of military and commercial avionics databus solutions, today announced that its military application programming interface (BusTools/1553-API) is now available with support for the INTEGRITY® rtos Real-Time Operating System.
Condor has seen a tremendous increase in aerospace systems that have chosen the Integrity OS for its real-time, robust performance. Condor has responded to this demand by developing and integrating the Integrity® device drivers for ruggedized (MIL-STD-1553) avionics interface modules. These drivers significantly reduce integration time.
"The Integrity® OS is well-designed, thoroughly tested and is an industry leading product - it is an ideal RTOS for embedded avionics applications. When coupled with Condor's 1553 modules, the customer experiences a proven combination that reduces development time and is extremely cost effective," says Bill Schuh, Director of Military Products. "Condor's 1553 API is the industry's most advanced avionics development suite and the Integrity® driver with source code is provided at no cost," adds Schuh. Existing customers can access API and driver updates by registering for Condor Gold service at http://www.condoreng.com.
