Denali Appoints Raju Pudota as Managing Director of India Subsidiary
PALO ALTO, Calif., February 7, 2006 -- Denali Software today announced that semiconductor industry veteran Raju Pudota has joined Denali as managing director of Denali Design Systems Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Denali Software, Inc.
Based in Bangalore, India, Pudota is responsible for managing the research and development, engineering and support teams in India, and reports to Denali's president and chief executive officer (CEO) Sanjay Srivastava.

Pudota joins Denali from AMCC where he was the managing director of the AMCC India design center, responsible for assembling a world-class team and delivering verification solutions for product development efforts. Prior to AMCC, he spent 10 years at the IBM India ASIC Design Center where he held senior management positions and was responsible for developing and growing the team. He has worked on various processor and bus architecture platforms, and has developed a wealth of experience in system design, ASIC design and verification methodologies, embedded software and technology process challenges. Pudota has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.
