Saifun to offer more shares in May, says report

LONDON — Flash memory technology licensor Saifun Semiconductors Ltd. is planning a secondary share offering on Nasdaq in May that could raise as much as $300 million, according to a Globes Online report, which referenced unnamed “capital market” sources.
A secondary issue of shares was expected and allowed for in the initial public offering conducted in November 2005.
