--Rambus Inc. Rambus' growing patent portfolio includes fundamental inventions in the area of memory design, high-speed interfaces, package layout, and system design. One such invention recently awarded United States Patent 6,675,272 is used in Rambus' FlexPhase(TM) circuit technology. FlexPhase eliminates trace-length matching and corrects for timing mismatches in complex circuit designs, and was first demonstrated in Rambus' XDR(TM) memory architecture.
