--eWan1, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EWAN) announced today that the company has contracted with ARM Technologies (LSE:ARM) (NASDAQ:ARMHY) and JTAG Technologies to provide software that will be used in finalizing the development of eWan's patented AccessKey(TM), due to be released in the fourth quarter of this year. eWan's new AccessKey(TM) universal remote will be able to control up to four devices and will be available with the Company's "Triple-play" set top box, in addition to its flash-drive sized set top box, also debuting in the forth quarter of 2006.

We have contracted with ARM and are using ARM software development tools for programming firmware for our AccessKey(TM). JTAG is supplying the source-code to assist our programmers in the internal structures of the AccessKey's(TM) secure CPU."
