This proven solution, already shipping in high volume, will give Tensilica’s customers a complete, off-the-shelf solution for products requiring built-in fax capabilities.
Commetrex is now licensing the following fax technologies for Tensilica’s processor cores:

T.30 protocol engine
Image conversion library
FaxTap for fax recording/rendering both PCM and T.38 transactions
Fax Relay: T.38, I.366.2, FRF.11
