ChipX signs Distribution Agreement with Nu Horizons Electronics for U.S. and Europe

Santa Clara, CA -- July 18, 2007 -- ChipX, leading the way with a broad range of next generation ASIC solutions, announced today it has signed a distribution agreement with Nu Horizons Electronics Corp, (Nasdaq: NUHC) a leading global distributor of advanced technology semiconductor, display, illumination and system solutions. The agreement is effective immediately and provides Nu Horizons customers with global fulfilment and distribution access in North America and Europe to the widest range of ASIC solutions and services from ChipX.

These engineering services are complemented by a manufacturing operation with a 97% record of on-time delivery and a three-week lead time from GDS2 to prototypes on many Structured ASIC products.
