September 4, 2008 -- Imagination Technologies Group plc (LSE:IMG; "Imagination") - a leader in System-on-Chip Intellectual Property ("SoC IP") - reports that, further to its announcement on 6th July 2007 of an initial license agreement with an international electronics systems company, this company has now concluded a new multi-year, multi-use license agreement which gives it access to Imagination’s wide range of current and future POWERVR® graphics and video IP cores.
