The license agreements provide LDIC the capability to expedite “True Single Chip HDD†products to market with the highest level of quality and manufacturability. This allows LDIC to incorporate new features and technologies into their products, reducing cost, power dissipation and development time, all of which significantly benefit their customers. LDIC has also negotiated manufacture of integrated chipsets using NEC fabrication.
