November 4, 2010 - Munich (Germany), Dresden (Germany) -- Blue Won­der Com­mu­ni­ca­tions GmbH has been ac­quired by In­fi­neon Tech­nolo­gies AG, Neu­biberg, on Oc­to­ber 19th, 2010. Both com­pa­nies work to­geth­er on de­vel­op­ment of LTE base band tech­nolo­gies since 18 months. The spe­cial LTE know how from Blue Won­der com­ple­ments the on­go­ing LTE de­vel­op­ment ac­tiv­i­ties of In­fi­neon Wire­less So­lu­tions. In­fi­neon will take over all Blue Won­der em­ploy­ees.
