TrendForce Forecasts Up to 18% Server DRAM Price Increase in 3Q

Server DRAM contract prices are expected to climb as supply constraints and future shortages drive customer procurement.

Server DRAM contract prices are expected to increase by 13% to 18% quarter over quarter in the third quarter of 2026 as memory suppliers respond to tightening market conditions, according to TrendForce.

At the same time, multi-year long-term agreements (LTAs) signed by several U.S.-based cloud service providers (CSPs) have limited suppliers’ ability to raise prices for those customers. As supply remains constrained, suppliers may continue increasing quotations through the remainder of the third quarter.
