Walden International Chairman & Founder Lip-Bu Tan joins the Cosmic Circuits Board of Directors

Bangalore, INDIA and Campbell, California, January, 7th 2011:- Cosmic Circuits, an Analog and Mixed Signal Design Semiconductor company, today announced that it has appointed Lip-Bu Tan to its board of directors. Lip-Bu Tan is Chairman and Founder of Walden International (WI) and has been active in the venture capital industry for the past two decades. Additionally, he introduced and pioneered the U.S. venture capital concept in Asia and contributed towards the promotion of early-stage technology investing in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to WI, he was Vice President at Chappell & Co. and held management positions at EDS Nuclear and ECHO Energy.
