Arasan Chip Systems appoints Director of Analog and Mixed Signal
Semiconductor Veteran Mike Kliment Joins leading IP Solutions Leader
San Jose, California – Jan 31, 2011 –Arasan Chip Systems, Inc. (“Arasan”), a leading provider of Total Semiconductor IP Solutions, announced the appointment of Mike Kliment, as the Director of Analog and Mixed Signal. Mr. Kliment is a veteran in the Semiconductor Industry with 25+ years of experience in Analog and Mixed Signal design.
Despite the slowdown in the Semiconductor Industry, Arasan is rapidly expanding its Analog and Mixed Signal team to better meet the soaring demand of complex PHY IP and meet the needs of its customers.

Mr. Kliment will be responsible for the management of the Analog Mixed-Signal design team worldwide, but he will be located at Arasan’s Headquarters in San Jose, Ca.
Mike Kliment comes to Arasan with nearly 25 years of senior-level management experience in semiconductor and physical design library IP. Mr. Kliment started his career at Intel, followed by VLSI Technology / Compass Design Automation. After founding Virtual Silicon, Mr. Kliment moved onto Mentor Graphics as Director of Analog Mixed Signal Design, and most recently, he served as Director of the San Jose Design Center for ARM’s IP Division.
