Posedge Underscores Commitment to Growth with Opening of Two New Design Centers

Company extends regional footprint with R&D Centers in Taiwan and India
Sunnyvale, April 25, 2012 – Posedge Inc, a leading provider of Intellectual Property (IP) Solutions for the semiconductor market, underscored its commitment to the IP market by announcing the expansion of the Posedge Research & Development Center (PRDC) with two new Design Centers. Posedge has expanded beyond its Silicon Valley headquarters in Sunnyvale, California to establish an Asia Pacific presence to include centers in Taiwan and India to better serve the growing multi-national customers.
Setting their sights on a global market presence in high-value intellectual property, the expansion in Taiwan and India will include an R&D center to serve local, regional and global customers. The new PRDC team in Taipei, Taiwan will host over ten RF engineers. The PRDC team in Bangalore, India will consist of over a dozen engineers laser focused on the growing wireless market segment with the development of Wi-Fi systems as part of the company’s growing wireless technology innovation. This will include a clear focus on MAC and Baseband technologies as well as DSP and Algorithms.
