IoT development kits come with Arm or Atom

Embedded systems supplier Eurotech has introduced a range of IoT development kits for industrial applications.

A feature of the kits is that they offer developers different hardware platforms, ranging from small low-power Arm-based designs to powerful multi-core Intel Atom gateways.
 To do this Eurotech has added to its series of IoT gateway modules called ReliaGate.

With the i.MX6 based ReliaGate 10-20 already available, the supplier has added the following models:

• ReliaGATE 10-05, an Arm (NXP i.MX285) powered, very compact and efficient customisable IoT gateway for industrial applications at less than 2W.
• ReliaGATE 10-11, an Arm (TI AM335X Cortex-A8) powered, compact and customisable low power IoT gateway suitable for intensive workloads in industrial, lightly rugged and automotive applications.
• ReliaGATE 20-25, an Intel Atom (E38xx) powered, high-performance, and customisable IoT gateway for industrial and lightly rugged applications.
