Toshiba licenses Barco Silex's JPEG 2000 cores for video equipment
Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium -- September 4th, 2014 -- Barco Silex, a leading provider of image compression IP cores, and Spinnaker Systems Inc. today announced that Toshiba Corporation has selected Barco Silex JPEG 2000 encoder and decoder cores for developing video encoding and decoding equipment.
