Gadzoox Networks Licenses Industry's Foremost Fibre Channel Technology to Astute Networks
Astute Networks Chooses FabriCore Engines Open SAN OS For New Storage Technology
San Jose, Calif. -- September 23, 2002 -- Gadzoox Networks Inc., (OTCBB:ZOOX), a global supplier of innovative Storage Area Network (SAN) products, announced today the completion of a deal to license the FabriCore Engines Fibre Channel (FC) Technology to Astute Networks, Inc., a visionary of silicon-empowered storage networking. Under the agreement Gadzoox Networks will license its FabriCore Engines Open SAN OS to Astute Networks.
