San Jose, Calif., October 2, 2002 - LogicVision, Inc., (NASDAQ:LGVN), a leading provider of embedded test for integrated circuits and systems, today announced Viko Technology Inc., a leading provider of production test solutions, has been certified by LogicVision to be LV Ready™. This latest integration will provide mutual customers with an optimized test solution designed to speed time-to-volume production and reduce total cost of test.

Through the partnership, LogicVision and Viko Technology plan to offer one of the industry's most comprehensive and accessible, end-to-end production test solutions based on Embedded Test.
