LogicVision Announces Viko Technology as Latest LV Ready Partner
San Jose, Calif., October 2, 2002 - LogicVision, Inc., (NASDAQ:LGVN), a leading provider of embedded test for integrated circuits and systems, today announced Viko Technology Inc., a leading provider of production test solutions, has been certified by LogicVision to be LV Ready™. This latest integration will provide mutual customers with an optimized test solution designed to speed time-to-volume production and reduce total cost of test.
Through the partnership, LogicVision and Viko Technology plan to offer one of the industry's most comprehensive and accessible, end-to-end production test solutions based on Embedded Test. Customers can leverage the engineering and production test applications expertise of Viko Technology with LogicVision's high-quality, at-speed embedded test solution infrastructures to meet the challenges of improving yield and aggressively lowering production costs. The relationship is expected to broaden the demand for both companies' products and solutions.
