This project is a 12-bit SAR ADC, it offers throughput rates up to 2Msps, operating from a 3.3V/1.1V supply, they dissipate only 0.5mA at 2Msps. This ADC is specified for operation over the Industrial temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) and fabricated in SMIC40 LL CMOS technology, only occupies 0.11 mm^2 area. This SAR ADC is an excellent solution for remote industrial sensors and battery-powered instruments.
