HDMI 14 Tx PHY, HDMI 14 Rx G3 PHY
The HDMI 14 Tx PHY is the physical layer of a single-link HDMI transmitter interface. The HDMI 14 Tx PHY comprises three line drivers for data transmission and an additional line driver for clock transmission. The HDMI 14 Tx PHY is designed to perform the serialization and transmission of video data and control information through an HDMI interface. The HDMI 14 Tx PHY interfaces with an HDMI 1.4 Tx link controller through a common graphic controller interface supporting 30- or 60-bit data transfers. A clock line driver is used for reference clock transmission.

The HDMI 14 Rx G3 PHY comprises three line receivers for data reception and an additional clock receiver for clock reception. The HDMI 14 Rx G3 PHY is designed to perform reception and deserialization of video data and control information through a TMDS interface. The HDMI 14 Rx G3 PHY interfaces with an HDMI 1.4 Rx link controller through a common graphic controller interface supporting 30- or 60-bit data transfers.
