NTLab specializes in the designing of mixed-signal and RF ASICs and Systems-on-Chip.
We provide design services and turn-key solutions from early system specification to qualified silicon and take care of the supply chain during product lifetime.
NTLab is a vertically integrated microelectronics design center. It has 40+ experienced and qualified engineers.
We offer a wide range of silicon proven analog/mixed-signal IPs in different technology nodes: 22 nm, 28 nm, 40 nm, 55 nm, 65 nm, 90 nm, 0.13 µm, 0.18 µm, 0.25 µm, and 0.35 µm of CMOS, BiCMOS, and SiGe BiCMOS processes.
Our own silicon-proven IP blocks range covers:
Power Management, Data Converters, Sensors, RF Front-Ends, Processor Cores, Interfaces, and high-frequency PHYs, etc., thus allowing customized design to be fast and predictable.
The unique in-company combination of competences in analog, mixed-signal, digital, and embedded software enables NTLab to participate in projects that require deep research and utilize the most sophisticated and advanced techniques:
multi-system GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/BeiDou/NavIC(IRNSS)/QZSS/SBAS navigation, RFID, wireless communications, IoT, etc.
All designed ICs are provided with test and development tools, as well as with reference software.
NTLab has a design office and RF measurement laboratory in Vilnius, Lithuania and a design office in Warsaw, Poland.
