2025 OIP Partner Award in the Category of Specialty Embedded Memory IP
Hsinchu, Taiwan, September 25, 2025 -- eMemory, the world’s leading provider of embedded non-volatile memory (eNVM) and security IP, has been selected as the 2025 TSMC Open Innovation Platform® (OIP) Partner of the Year for the 16th consecutive year. eMemory won this year’s OIP award in the category of Specialty Embedded Memory IP for its commitment to IP innovation, technical support for TSMC, and service that adapts to the changing needs of global semiconductor customers.
eMemory takes pride in the stable production and broad adoption of its NeoFuse OTP on TSMC’s N7 and N6, as well as numerous design wins on N5, N5A, and N4P processes. Following successful qualification and design win on N3P, the company is now actively engaged in N2P, N4C, and N6eTM based IP development, further strengthening its presence across the most advanced nodes in the industry.
These advanced TSMC nodes are the backbone of AI and high-performance computing, powering applications that span individuals, enterprises, and governments. As computing power accelerates, malicious actors gain equally advanced tools, making chip-level security an urgent priority. The need for enhanced levels of security is addressed by eMemory and its subsidiary PUFsecurity, with PUF-based security solutions built on NeoPUF and NeoFuse OTP. The combination of these technologies enables hardware-level protection, enhanced resilience against evolving attacks, and secure, efficient deployment for AI, HPC, mobile, and data center applications.
eMemory continues to make progress on TSMC’s specialty platforms. NeoFuse development on the TSMC HV platform progressed to N16, while many other MTP developments are underway. To date, over 810 of eMemory’s silicon IPs have been deployed on TSMC’s industry-leading process technologies.
“Receiving this recognition from TSMC is truly an honor for us and a reflection of the strong collaboration we have built over the years,” said eMemory’s President Michael Ho. “We’re proud to contribute to the advancement of the OIP ecosystem with our technologies, from NVM IP to PUF-based security solutions, which have been widely adopted across a broad range of applications. We remain committed to providing reliable, high-performance IPs on many platforms, and will continue to deepen our partnership with TSMC to drive progress across semiconductor technologies.”
“We congratulate eMemory on receiving the 2025 TSMC OIP Partner of the Year Award,” said Aveek Sarkar, Director of the Ecosystem and Alliance Management Division at TSMC. “This award underscores our long-standing partnership and collaborative efforts with the OIP ecosystem partners, enabling our customers to advance AI proliferation through innovations in high-performance, energy-efficient compute."
