Qualitas Semiconductor Demonstrates Live of PCIe Gen 6.0 PHY and UCIe v2.0 Solutions at ICCAD 2025

SEOUL, South Korea –  QUALITAS SEMICONDUCTOR CO., LTD. At the exhibition, Qualitas demonstrated next-generation high-performance interconnect technologies required in AI, HPC, and data center markets, proving superior performance and stability compared to global competitors through real-time demonstrations. In particular, the 64Gbps PAM4-based PCIe Gen 6.0 PHY IP and UCIe Standard Package v2.0-compliant Die-to-Die interconnect solutions received strong interest from attendees and industry experts.

Recently, the company also secured a new licensing agreement for PCIe Gen 6.0 PHY IP, further reinforcing its market competitiveness.
