T2M-IP, a global semiconductor IP provider and ASIC services partner, today announced the global availability of its complete RISC-V CPU IP portfolio, spanning ultra-low-power MCU-class cores to high-performance embedded compute processors comparable to Arm Cortex-M0 through Cortex-A55.
This milestone positions T2M-IP as a single-source RISC-V IP partner, enabling customers to design highly optimized, production-ready SoCs across Automotive, Industrial, IoT, Consumer, Medical, Wireless, and Edge-AI applications.
The portfolio includes 32-bit and 64-bit RISC-V CPUs, offering ISA extensibility, optional accelerators, and customization at the architecture, micro-architecture, and interface levels. These capabilities allow customers to precisely tailor performance, power, and area for differentiated silicon designs, while benefiting from a flexible licensing model and rapid integration flow.
T2M-IP’s RISC-V CPUs are production-proven, with select cores supporting ISO 26262 ASIL-B and ASIL-D functional safety, making them suitable for automotive ADAS, body electronics, industrial control, and safety-critical embedded systems. Safety and security features include lockstep, ECC, Trusted Execution Environments (TEE), advanced interrupt controllers (CLIC), and vector-based cryptographic acceleration.
To accelerate time-to-market, T2M-IP provides a complete software enablement ecosystem, including GCC toolchains, industry-standard debuggers, and support for RTOS and Linux.
