Kaynes Semicon Pvt Ltd the flagship OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Testing) venture of Kaynes Technology India Ltd, has announced the strategic adoption of Synopsys’ engineering simulation software through the Ansys Channel Partner program in collaboration with Infinipoint Technologies, an Ansys Elite Channel Partner. The move is aimed at enhancing manufacturing quality, reliability, and technology leadership within India’s expanding semiconductor ecosystem.
As part of this initiative, Kaynes Semicon has integrated Synopsys’ multiphysics simulation tools into its research, development, and production workflows at its advanced facility in Sanand, Gujarat. The deployment supports simulation-driven engineering from early-stage design through product qualification, enabling comprehensive package optimization and improved reliability validation.
