TDE000S – Secure, Compact RISC-V IP Core Processing

The TDE000S 32-bit RISC-V IP core is an ultra-low power, cost-effective processor designed for secure embedded applications, delivering performance competitive with SC000-class cores. Built on a highly efficient 2-stage pipeline architecture, it achieves up to 2.22 CoreMark/MHz and 0.87 DMIPS/MHz, while offering excellent area efficiency, higher operating frequency, and improved code density. Supporting the RISC-V EMC instruction set with Zc, Zicsr, and Zifencei extensions, it is optimised for performance in resource-constrained environments.

Security is a key strength of TDE000S - RISC-V IP core, integrating over a dozen anti-tamper mechanisms to protect against multiple attack vectors. It supports Machine and User privilege modes, along with advanced features such as Smepmp and configurable PMP regions (up to 16). Additionally, the core incorporates a DCLS (Dual-Core Lockstep) functional safety architecture with Split/Lock modes, making it ideal for SIM cards, IoT security, and financial payment applications.

Designed for flexibility and rapid integration, TDE000S, a RISC-V IP core, features a configurable, tightly integrated memory (TIM0/TIM1 up to 128MB with optional ECC), a CLIC interrupt controller supporting up to 112 interrupts and NMI, and comprehensive debug support via JTAG/cJTAG. With standard 32-bit AHB-Lite interfaces, the core integrates seamlessly into SoC designs, combining proven silicon reliability with best-in-class PPA and security capabilities for next-generation secure systems.


The TDE000S complements T2M’s full range of RISC-V IP cores portfolio covering more than 20 cores, which spans ultra-low-power MCU-class designs to high-performance embedded processors comparable to M0 -  A55. With both 32-bit and 64-bit CPUs, optional accelerators, and safety-ready cores (ASIL-B/D), the portfolio empowers customers to develop differentiated silicon across automotive, industrial, consumer, medical, and edge-AI markets.
