LONDON, United Kingdom, 1 June 2026: Analogue Insight, a UK semiconductor design company specialising in high-speed analogue and mixed-signal IP, SoC and chiplet architectures, today announced the appointment of Dr Tanya Mangoma as Chief Product Officer.
Dr Mangoma will lead product strategy and customer-defined roadmap development for Analogue Insight’s next generation of high-speed interconnect and memory solutions. Working directly with customers and ecosystem partners, she will translate system-level requirements across AI data centres, automotive electronics and Physical AI into architecture requirements, portfolio decisions and commercially deployable semiconductor solutions.
Founded in 2024, Analogue Insight has grown to a team of more than 20 engineers and is already revenue-generating, with customers relying on the company’s engineering expertise and IP development across high-speed interface and mixed-signal applications. Dr Mangoma’s appointment strengthens the leadership team as the company scales its chiplet and interface product portfolio to meet growing demand across advanced computing and autonomous systems markets.
Dr Mangoma brings a rare breadth of experience across the full stack of compute and memory hardware. Her PhD at the University of Cambridge focused on neuromorphic computing, edge AI and human-machine integration. She subsequently worked on edge computing and sensing systems at Dyson, work that now sits at the intersection of sensing, edge intelligence and Physical AI. She later joined Deep Science Ventures as a Founder-in-Residence, where she worked on product-market fit for high-performance computing, the memory wall bottleneck and emerging memory technologies. Most recently, she founded HyperCIM, an in-memory computing company focused on data-centre infrastructure.
“AI infrastructure, automotive autonomy and Physical AI are all running into the same fundamental constraint: moving data fast enough, efficiently enough and reliably enough,” said Christian Borelli, Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Analogue Insight.
“Tanya brings exactly the product and market depth needed to turn those system-level constraints into customer-defined silicon solutions. Since founding Analogue Insight in 2024, we have built a strong engineering team and a revenue-generating IP business. Tanya’s leadership is the next step in building the product company our customers need us to be.”
“What drew me to Analogue Insight is the engineering depth already in the team, and I know how rare that is,” said Dr Tanya Mangoma, Chief Product Officer of Analogue Insight. “The company has been building serious IP, with customer demand behind it, since day one. My focus will be making sure that engineering excellence connects directly to the interconnect and memory problems customers are actually trying to solve, and becomes products they clearly need, trust and can deploy.”
