Siemens expands EDA verification support for Intel Foundry's advanced nodes, packaging, and multi-chiplet design workflows.
Siemens Digital Industries Software has certified its Calibre nmPlatform and Solido Simulation Suite for Intel Foundry’s Intel 14A and Intel 18A-P process technologies, supporting design verification for advanced-node IC development.
The certification covers Calibre nmDRC, Calibre nmLVS, Calibre PERC and Calibre YieldEnhancer, extending Siemens’ physical verification and reliability capabilities to Intel’s latest process technologies.
Solido SPICE and Analog FastSPICE (AFS), both part of the Solido Simulation Suite, are also certified. The tools now support Open Model Interface (OMI), an industry-standard platform for aging modeling and reliability analysis. AFS is additionally enabled through Intel’s Custom Reference Flow (CRF).
