Rambus has introduced a CryptoManager Root of Trust solution that supports the open-source Caliptra specification. The new security subsystem combines dedicated hardware, software, and security management functions for data center and AI systems-on-chip (SoCs).
The solution works alongside the Caliptra core, adding protection against physical attacks, support for multiple cryptographic algorithms, and security management across the wider SoC. Rambus is targeting chip developers who want to use Caliptra and need the hardware, software, and integration support for commercial deployment.
