Rambus to Demonstrate CryptoManager IoT Device Management with STMicroelectronics
Joint demonstration at IoT World showcases secure IoT device connectivity, monitoring and provisioning
SUNNYVALE, CA – May 16, 2017 – Rambus (NASDAQ:RMBS) today announced it is teaming with STMicroelectronics to showcase its recently announced IoT Device Management service as part of its CryptoManager™ platform. Designed for the Internet of Things (IoT), the demo showcases an STM32 microcontroller (MCU) connected to Rambus IoT Device Management. This service provides a seamless device-to-cloud connectivity solution, which provides secure connectivity and life cycle management, and helps mitigate against a variety of attacks including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS).
Rambus and STMicroelectronics are working together to greatly simplify provisioning and device management for IoT OEMs and service providers.
This first public showing of this joint demonstration will be in the Rambus booth (#506) at IoT World 2017 in Santa Clara, CA, May 16-18, 2017. Rambus Sr. Director of Security Products Asaf Ashkenazi will also be presenting “Enabling Cost Effective Security for the IoT Revolution” on May 18, at 1:40 pm PT during this show.
