Advanced Analog IP Cores Licensed by Multiple Global Customers for 12nm/22nm SoCs

August 18, 2026 -

Proven Analog and Mixed-Signal IP Cores portfolio features a 12-bit 1–5 MSPS ADC, PLL up to 2.5 GHz, 32 kHz RC Oscillator, 300 mA LDO and Multi-Rail PMU, enabling faster integration and reduced development risk for next-generation SoCs.

T2M, a global semiconductor IP cores and technology provider, today announced the availability and growing worldwide adoption of a comprehensive 12nm and 22nm Analog and mixed-signal IP cores portfolio from its technology partner, with the underlying IP technologies licensed across multiple customer programs worldwide.

The portfolio brings together key Analog functions required in highly integrated SoCs, including a 12-bit 1–5 MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), PLL supporting frequencies up to 2.5 GHz, 32 kHz RC Oscillator, 300 mA LDO and Multi-Rail Power Management Unit (PMU). These IP cores address critical requirements across data conversion, clock generation and on-chip power management.

Comprehensive Analog IP Cores Portfolio

As SoCs integrate increasing levels of sensing, processing, connectivity, and power-management functionality, analogue design remains one of the most specialised and process-dependent areas of semiconductor development. Access to established Analog IP cores can help semiconductor companies reduce internal development effort, simplify integration and accelerate overall time-to-market.

The portfolio available through T2M includes:

  • 12-bit 1–5 MSPS ADC for sensor interfaces, system monitoring, telemetry, power monitoring and general-purpose data acquisition.
  • PLL up to 2.5 GHz for integrated clock generation and frequency synthesis.
  • 32 kHz RC Oscillator for low-power and always-on clocking requirements.
  • 300 mA LDO for low-noise on-chip voltage regulation.
  • Multi-Rail PMU for integrated management of multiple SoC power domains and customer-specific power architectures.

The IP cores can be evaluated and licensed individually or as a bundled Analog IP cores solution, allowing customers to source multiple critical Analog functions through a coordinated technology and support engagement.

Accelerating 12nm and 22nm SoC Development

The portfolio is targeted at SoCs requiring an optimised combination of performance, power, silicon area and integration flexibility. Applications include IoT and connected devices, edge AI and intelligent sensing, industrial and automation SoCs, wireless and connectivity devices, consumer electronics and other power-sensitive semiconductor products.

The availability of ADC, clocking and power-management IP cores within a unified portfolio can help customers reduce the complexity associated with sourcing and integrating Analog technologies from multiple suppliers.

T2M works closely with its technology partner to support customers throughout the engagement, including IP core selection, technical evaluation, licensing, process-specific requirements, customisation, and integration support.

The underlying technologies have been licensed across multiple customer programs worldwide, providing commercial validation of the portfolio and its applicability across different SoC architectures and market segments.

Availability: The 12-bit 1–5 MSPS ADC, PLL up to 2.5 GHz, 32 kHz RC Oscillator, 300 mA LDO and Multi-Rail PMU are available through T2M for customer evaluation and licensing on supported 12nm and 22nm process technologies.

Customer-specific configuration, customisation, and integration support are also available based on SoC architecture, process, performance, power and area requirements.
